ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Health System's Outpatient Pain Management Program offers innovative outpatient therapies to patients suffering from ongoing pain caused by illness, injury, or chronic conditions, including:
- Arthritis
- Back Pain
- Cancer
- Chronic Pain
- Failed Back Surgeries
- Fibromyalgia
- Headaches
Treatment Methods
ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Health System’s unique approach may include one or more of the following treatment methods:
- Medical and/or Surgical Therapy, including nerve blocks, trigger injections at the pain site, botox injections to relax muscles and reduce pain
- Minimal interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections and nerve blocks
- Trial spinal cord stimulators
- Botox injections
- EMG and Nerve Conduction Studies
- Radiofrequency Neurotomy to prevent spinal nerves transmitting pain signals to brain
- Physician supervised medical management
- Referral to Physical and Occupational Therapies
- Lifestyle modifications
A physician referral is required for treatment.

Substance Abuse
Adequate pain management can be a challenge, especially during times of opioid crisis. ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Memorial Medical Center is an active member of the Cambria County Drug Coalition, which provides education to healthcare providers on opioids, non-pharmacolgical pain options, and assistance for patients with a substance abuse concern.
