Complaints and Grievances
ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Rehabiliation has an open door policy. This means patients or family members are able to talk with any staff member or management team for any concerns or problems during the rehabilitation process.
All reasonable efforts will be made to have results in 48 hours by ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Rehabilitation's Administration team. If the patient or family member feels the concern was not addressed, additional information can be provided to the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Memorial Medical Center Patient Relations Department at (814) 534-9261.
Crichton Rehabilitation Center values open communication and expressing concerns or problems will in no way compromise patienet care.
